  1. Crush the cookies: Place the Ragi Millets Cookies in a zip-lock bag and crush into fine crumbs using a rolling pin, or pulse in a blender.
  2. Mix the dough: In a bowl, combine crushed cookies, rolled oats, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, and cardamom. Add honey and Cold Pressed Groundnut Oil. Mix well until the mixture holds together when pressed. If too dry, add a few more drops of groundnut oil.
  3. Roll into balls: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll between your palms into a smooth ball. Repeat for the rest.
  4. Chill: Place on a plate and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Serve: Enjoy straight from the fridge. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
